Range Rover appointed Victoria Beckham has their design consultant at a star-studded bash back in 2010 and now the former Spice Girl has finally unveiled her first product for the luxury brand.
VICTORIA BECKHAM TO DESIGN FOR RANGE ROVER
The Range Rover Evoque Victoria Beckham Special Edition was launched in Beijing over the weekend, where the 38-year-old wore a number of dressed from her own collection.
The mum-of-four has added her own touch to the vehicle by using her signature colour, rose gold, on the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
These special features mean that the VB-designed car is worth £80,000 - double the cost of the standard Evoque – and only 200 have been manufactured worldwide.
About her design additions, she said: 'My Range Rover at home doesn’t feel particularly girlie, David and I share the car. Although my Special Edition feels strong and almost a little masculine, I also wanted it to have a feminine touch and that’s something that’s very much at the back of my mind with everything I design.

'The rose gold details came from my watch that David and the boys bought for me. It is a colour people very much associate with me and my brand. I wanted to use a little bit of it to put my stamp on it but nothing too much, to use it in a very subtle way.'

Mrs VB went on to add that she sometimes worried the good people at Range Rover wouldn't enjoy working with her.
'I can be a little difficult to work with because I know what I like and what I want. I’m a control freak and for me it’s all about the attention to detail and I will notice everything,' she said.
'I have a very strong idea of what I like and what I don’t like, I have a very strong aesthetic. I don’t ever want anything to look too forced or too try hard, I don’t want anything to date.'
She added: 'I was so excited about working with Range Rover because my brand is known for quality and workmanship and so is Range Rover. So for me it felt like the perfect collaboration.'
