It's thought Rob and his on screen beau will present a gong at the special ceremony, being held in Las Vegas.
The pair will join a host of famous faces at the awards – including Ryan Seacrest and Nancy O’Dell – set to be broadcast live on CBS, on the evening of April 3.
Yesterday, it was confirmed Rob and Reese will definitely be attending the UK premiere of Water For Elephants, set to be held in London, on May 3.
The pair will join fellow star Christoph Waltz and director Francis Lawrence at the star-studded event, at Westfield's Vue cinema.

Earlier this week, R-Patz confirmed he will be appearing alongside Samantha Morton in David Cronenberg’s new flick, Cosmopolis.
The smouldering star will play high flying financier Eric Packer in the adaptation of the Don DeLillo novel, which will begin production when his Breaking Dawn duties are over later this year.
‘I had read the script about eight months ago and thought wow, this is something that hasn't been made in a long time,’ Mr Pattinson revealed to MTV.
‘Which I think, like Water For Elephants as well, I'm just trying to find that kind of stuff, because what else is the point? There's so much generic, everything's the same. So you might as well attempt to try something different.’
