It's rumoured Reese and her new beau will tie the knot on 26th March at the actress' seven-acre ranch, with a handful of friends and family present.
The religious couple, who regularly attend church, have reportedly decided on a traditional ceremony and vows for their big day.
And it's thought the beautiful bride-to-be has helped design a custom Monique L'huillier dress to wear as she walks down the aisle.
'She's spending most of her time on that dress,' one insider told Us Magazine.
The news comes as Witherspoon has been spotted upping her exercise ante, reportedly indulging in hot vinyasa yoga classes, body scrubs and facials ahead of the big day.
The Walk The Line star, 34, became engaged to her 40-year-old boyfriend over Christmas, after getting together in January 2010.
This will be the Reese's second time down the aisle. She was married to first husband Ryan Phillippe for eight years after meeting him at her 21st Birthday Party and the pair have two children together, Ava, 12, and Deacon, 8.
When the couple split in 2006, she went on to date Hollywood heartthrob Jake Gyllenhaal for three years. At the time of their split, it was rumoured that Gyllenhaal's desire to settle down was the cause.
