Emma Watson's red carpet style is always lovely - and always unexpected.
The 23-year-old British actress has been on a whirlwind fashion tour this month, promoting her upcoming film Noah. And with each new premiere or press event, she's delighted us with a fresh new look.
She's worn a feminine gown, a trendy jumpsuit and a classic trouser suit, to name a few. So we didn't know what to predict for her New York City premiere on Wednesday night.
When we first saw Emma in this black, slightly gothic Oscar de la Renta ballgown, we were a little confused. The covered-up look was bordering on drab. But when she turned to the side, we saw the wow factor was coming from behind.
The deep V down the back of her dress adds just the right amount of drama. And that silver ear cuff adds an ever-so-subtle punk twist.
