Kristen Stewart arrived in Cannes with a HUGE amount of luggage in tow - but no Robert Pattinson

Kristen Stewart touched down in Cannes yesterday, after a mammoth Snow White and the Huntsman promotional tour. With her stylish Persol sunglasses firmly in place, the actress swept though Nice airport with an enormous amount of luggage in tow - but where was Robert Pattinson?

Kristen Stewart stepped out at the the famous film for the first time earlier today, to promote Jack Kerouac adaptation On the Road, striking a pose with co-star Kirsten Dunst.

Meanwhile, it's thought Robert Pattinson will arrive on Friday.

It's thought Rob and Kristen have rented an ultra-exclusive pad just outside Cannes for their stay, shunning the limelight in favour of a low-key base, in the hope of squeezing in osme 'quality time' together.

With two upcoming films to promote - Kristen's Jack Kerouac adaptation On the Road, and Rob's David Cronenberg's thriller Cosmopolis - insiders say it's all but certain the pair will both walk the famous red carpet.

But will they attend any movie events together? Now that's a different matter…
