Kirsten Dunst looks sophisticated in classic black dress at film premiere with co-star Jim Sturgess

Kirsten Dunst showed off her sophisticated style credentials at the premiere of her new flick, opting for a trusty black dress.

The Hollywood starlet looked effortlessly chic in the form-fitting black Proenza Schouler dress, clinched in at the waist with a thick leather belt, giving her look a splash of spring with some pale yellow heels and a zebra print Stella McCartney clutch bag.

The 30-year-old actress was joined by co-star Jim Sturgess on the red carpet at the Arclight Theatre in Hollywood on Monday for the special screening of their new fantasy-drama film Upside Down which tells the story of a young man (Sturgess) searching an alternate universe for a long-lost love (Dunst).

Fashion forward Kirsten was spotted sitting front row on the Yves Saint Laurent show in Paris with actor boyfriend Garrett Hedlund, who she met last year while filming On The Road, earlier this month.
