Did you spot it?

As with their first two children, Prince William and Kate Middleton presented their third baby to the world on the steps of the Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington.

The little prince, whose name is still yet to be revealed, was born on Monday morning and is now fifth in line to the throne.

As well as paying tribute to the late Princess Diana, it looks like Queen Elizabeth also had some influence on Kate's outfit.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a bright red dress with white collar detailing by one of her favourite designers, Jenny Packham, and looked radiant despite only having given birth a few hours earlier.

Meanwhile the new royal prince is already wearing his siblings' hand-me-downs, as the blanket he was wrapped in held both George and Charlotte when they first left the hospital.

But it turns out the Queen actually lent Kate some earrings from her impressive jewellery collection for her appearance on the Lindo Wing steps.

The pearl drop earrings have been worn by Kate to a few other public engagements in the past, so she's obviously a big fan of her grandmother-in-law's jewels.

We wonder whether she'll borrow a different pair for the royal wedding next month?

Roll on the 19th of May...
