Kate Middleton has been busy ensuring everything is perfect for the arrival of her baby bump and has reportedly decorated a new nursery although it’s without the lavish décor and luxury furnishing you’d expect for a member of the royal family.

Instead, Kate Middleton has stuck to a modest theme for the temporary nursery with a source telling US Weekly: ‘They have a small nursery prepped, but it's humble.’ The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been forced to set up a short-term nursery in their two-bedroom cottage in the grounds of Kensington Palace while they await renovation work on an apartment at the royal residence.
It was hoped the couple’s new home would be ready in time for the birth but it appears the work has overrun but once complete it’s believed the new nursery will be opulent and ornate.

Reports have surfaced that Kate Middleton has employed a top artist to help her create the perfect space for a little prince or princess. The insider revealed: ‘She [Kate Middleton] is keeping it a surprise, even to family. It's beautifully decorated, and there has been some involvement from an artist.’
