Jennifer Lawrence’s dress hand-me-downs go straight to Isla Fisher

Jennifer Lawrence has impeccable style sense, so when actress Isla Fisher gets the Oscar winner’s fashion cast offs she’s not complaining – and who can blame her?

Isla Fisher revealed how the Hollywood fashion hierarchy operates while speaking to Canadian magazine, Fashion and talked about how she’s happy to pick up Jennifer’s wardrobe rejects.

Isla said: ‘I have a stylist [Rachel Zoe] who styles Jennifer Lawrence and Anne Hathaway and whoever else.

‘They get all the dresses first, and then whatever they refuse - there are few, since they hang on to all the dresses until the very end [before award shows] - the couple left to choose that no one wants, I get that rack.’

But Sacha Baron Cohen’s wife didn’t appear too concerned about choosing from the last of the dresses jokingly she added: ‘Way down on the food chain is me, so I pick on those crumbs.’

Fashion isn’t high on the Australian’s agenda though, she continued: ‘Usually it is the first dress that I try on that wins because I'm always in a rush. I'm happy to wear anything.

‘When you look at my red carpet fashion choices, I'm always staying within my comfort zone - which is the opposite attitude I have to taking a role.’

Second choice or not, Isla and Jennifer always stun on the red carpet.
