The British actor spoke to reporters at the Met Ball about the suggestion he’s back with Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence has faced many rumours about her love life but the latest reports that she was back with her ex boyfriend Nicholas Hoult finally received a response at the Met Ball although it may not be one fans of the duo will like.

As he walked the red carpet at Monday evening’s fashion event Nicholas Hoult was questioned by reporters about his alleged rekindled romance with Jennifer Lawrence. The actor told People magazine: ‘We're friends, we're about to work on a film together, so…’ and with that he tailed off.
Although this may not be enough to stop the rumour mill from churning, particularly after the pair were spotted dining out together in LA recently.

Jennifer Lawrence was seen leaving The Little Door restaurant with Nicholas Hoult which quickly sparked rumours that the relationship was back on.
The duo are due to begin filming the next X Men installment this summer which will see them reunite on the big screen although some still hope it’ll be the same case once the cameras stop rolling.
