JENNIFER ANISTON VS. ALLISON WILLIAMS: WHO WORE IT BEST?
'We were a lot rounder,' she told People magazine of how she and Ingber have changed since they met 22 years ago.
'We ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs.'
Meanwhile, Ingber, author of new book Yogalosophy: 28 Days To The Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, says she's witnessed Jennifer Aniston become 'so comfortable in her own skin' during the course of their friendship.

'It's hard to say is that yoga or is it as we get older we grow into ourselves, but I've seen her become so empowered, so grounded in herself, so comfortable in her own skin,' she said.
'I've definitely watched that process happen and unfold, and I'm grateful that I've gotten to be the observer of that.'
Speaking of how Many Ingber's yoga has transformed her figure, Jen said: 'That was always my "ugh", my legs. That's why I credit her for (them) – with yoga.'
Although Jennifer says she's much healthier now, we're glad to hear the actress still indulges in a little treat now and then.
'Cheat days for me are usually ... it's either Mexican food ... maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation,' she explained.
Well said!
Jennifer Aniston reunited with Friends pal Courteney Cox at the event - and the pair were looking gorgeous.
It's thought Jen has been hard at work whipping her figure into even better shape ahead of her wedding to Justin Theroux, which will reportedly take place later this summer.
'Yoga kinda helps you prepare for everything. Honestly, it's like meditation,' she explained.
'It just allows anything that is coming at you throughout the day to be kind of doable.'
