How we've missed Blake Lively and Leighton Meester! The stylish starlets returned to the set of Gossip Girl earlier this week to begin work on Gossip Girl Season 6 - the very final series of the show.

LOOK BACK AT THE SUPER STYLISH GOSSIP GIRL SEASON 5

Looking as stylish as ever, Blake, in a flowing white and yellow maxi, and Leighton in a Blair Waldorf-worthy black polka dot dress, the pair posed for the cameras as they arrived at the location.

Blake and Leighton were joined by dapper Gossip boys Chase Crawford, Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick on the New York set, while Michelle Trachtenberg also made an appearance.

Hollywood has been abuzz with rumours over exactly what the Upper East set will get up to during their final Gossip Girl season.

And while we're not a fan of spoilers here at MC (we do love a surprise!), we're sure whatever they have in store, Gossip Girl Season 6 will be pretty impressive.
