David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay lured by Steve Wynn with a huge-money deal to open a joint venture at his hotel in Las Vegas

David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay have apparently been lured by Steve Wynn with a huge-money deal to open a joint venture at his hotel in Las Vegas. David Beckham may have only just retired from professional football, but the man has a lot on his plate!

Not only does Becks have Tom Cruise wanting to turn him into a Hollywood star, he's also teaming up with good friend Gordon Ramsay to launch a restaurant in Sin City.

TOM CRUISE TO MAKE DAVID BECKHAM A MOVIE STAR?!

Gordon, 46, already has three joints in the city - a BurGR joint at Planet Hollywood, a steak house at Paris and a Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace - but Steve Wynn believes with David's star touch the pair have the potential to create a hugely successful sports bar and grill in his hotel.

A source told The Sun newspaper: 'The Strip has never seen such fierce competition for food, but Gordon's places are full seven nights a week. He's one of the best chefs in the world, so it's only natural that Steve feels he should have a place in his hotel as it's the most luxurious on The Strip.

'When you add David Beckham's global status into the mix it has the potential to be the most talked about restaurant in Vegas.

'[Steve's] ambition is quite simply to have the best hotels in the world. He spent more than £2billion doing that with the Wynn Resort and thinks Gordon and David can make it even better.'

This won't be the first joint venture either — David is already set to open the Union Street Cafe with Gordon near London's Borough Market (just by MC HQ hurrah!) this September.

David, who has sons Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10 and Cruz, eight, as well as 21-month-old daughter Harper with his wife Victoria, revealed how excited he is about the eatery last year.

He gushed: 'We've got something in the pipeline. We are obviously good friends and we are excited about a project that could happen pretty soon.

'It will be a business thing but owning a restaurant is going to be fun as well.'

The Beckham and Ramsay families have been close for a number of years and are often snapped out and about on low-key outings, like on Tuesday when Victoria and Tana took their broods to The Grove in LA.
