After landing a place on the US X Factor panel, Cheryl Cole’s been hard at work on her American makeover. Huge glossy hair? Check. Attention-grabbing designer wardrobe? Check. And the latest thing on her list? A celebrity personal trainer.
Ms Cole has enlisted the help of trainer-to-the-stars Tracy Anderson, according to reports, to help her shape up and stay trim as she launches her career Stateside.

As Gwyneth Paltrow's much loved personal trainer, the exercise expert has also helped to sculpt the buff bodies of a whole host of tinsel town's finest - including Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Ashley Greene, Nicole Riche and even Jake Gyllenhaal - with her world-renowned Tracy Anderson Method.
Rumour has it Cheryl was introduced to Tracy through her close pal and rumoured Dancing With The Stars beau, Derek Hough, whose sister Julianne is also one of the trainer’s clients.
It’s thought the songstress is determined to make sure she’s ‘fighting fit’ for her US live TV debut, and get the sought after toned LA look.
