The Gossip Girl co-stars appear to have rekindled their romance

Could it all be back on for Blake Lively and Penn Badgley?

Despite confirming the end of their three year romance in 2010, the Gossip Girl co-stars were spotted looking very friendly at the weekend's Coachella festival.

Perez Hilton reports that the pair were together in the fest's VIP Rose Garden, laughing, joking and holding hands.

The couple met as child stars, reuniting in 2007 to star as on-screen lovers Serena Van Der Woodsen and Dan Humphrey in TV's Gossip Girl.

Sparks flew off set and the pair confirmed their romance a year later, earning themselves a place as one of the hottest Hollywood couples around.

Although confirming their split last year, both insisted the break up was amicable, while they continued to film the hit TV show side-by-side in New York.

'They're professionals,' one insider revealed at the time. 'They're still good friends and hang out on the set.'
