Adele shuts down security staff mid-gig, is our hero
Bow down to your Queen

Bow down to your Queen
Words by Jadie Troy-Pryde
We've just about forgiven Adele for getting hitched to Simon Konecki behind our backs because she confirmed it in the sweetest way, but our Tottenham-born hero has truly out-Adele'd herself at a gig in Australia.
She's singing her heart out down under as part of her 25 world tour, and in typical Adele style there has been an endless supply of heartwarming stories from the events. Did you hear about how she helped a gay coupled get engaged in the country where same-sex marriage is banned? OUR HEARTS.
And now she's proved to fans and security staff alike that she is the absolute boss when it comes to her shows.
During a gig in Melbourne's Etihad Stadium, Adele spotted a security guard repeatedly telling fans to sit down throughout the performance. Once she had finished her song, she proceeded to tell him off.
'Excuse me sir, I know you work here, but can you stop telling people to sit down,' she called down from the stage. 'This is a music show, if people can't see then they can stand up and if you're moaning about people dancing, then what the fuck have you come to a show for?
'If I see one more person being told to sit down, I swear to god! Excuse me language.'
One fan even managed to catch the encounter on camera.
Could we love her any more?
