A list compiled by Closer Online has revealed the top 20 names of women who are most likely to get pregnant in 2017.

How is the information gathered? Well it's all surprisingly simple, really. The list of names is created by taking the average age at which women are giving birth (29 in the UK, FYI) and then working back through time to discover the most popular baby girl names that year (in this case we're looking at women born between 1987 and 1988).

So, if you gave birth last year and picked one of the most popular baby names of 2016 then you can probably expect to see your child's name on a list just like this in about 30 years time.

As for the list of women most likely to fall pregnant in 2017? Jessica remains at the top of the list, after making the top spot back in 2016. Women with the name Sarah are also back on the list, but the remaining 18 names are new editions.

So without further ado, if your name is on this list then you could be seeing in 2018 with a new addition to your family.
