Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Brb, drooling

Christmas is but weeks away, and while we've been stocking up on all sorts of goodies (Prosecco Christmas crackers, Aldi Christmas hampers and Harry Potter baubles to name a few), this year we're all about the collaborations.

And we're not just talking about the Cath Kidston x Bambi collection - although it is an absolute treat - we're referring to the brands that are pulling out all the stops to create some of the most delicious, wonderful foods for us this festive season.

Even the biggest Grinch will appreciate what an utter delight the latest sweet collaboration is.

Krispy Kreme has teamed up with Thorntons to create a doughnut so delicious that you'll be drooling as you read this.

Indulgent is the only word to describe their latest creation, which is packed with a smooth toffee sauce and finished off with delicious vanilla fudge cubes.

'The taste of Thorntons in every bite, filled with a smooth toffee sauce and hand decorated with Thorntons toffee pieces and vanilla fudge cubes,' Krispy Kreme wrote about the doughnut.

And how is it much for the ultimate sugar rush? They come in at £2.20 and are available at all the Krispy Kreme stores, and you should also be able to find them in your local supermarket's bakery section.

Be warned, though - they'll only be around until 30th December, so if you want to give it a try you've got three weeks to sink your teeth into one.

Krispy Kreme also announced another festive treat in the form of their classic Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer doughnut, complete with chocolate-coated pretzel antlers. They'll also be serving up their Winter Berry doughnut, which is coated in white icing and garnished with holly and berries, and both doughnuts cost £1.90.

Plus, there's the Merry Sparkle, iced red and sprinkled with sugar for £1.75.

Our advice? Doughnut miss out on these.
