Prince George and Princess Charlotte looked adorable as pageboy and bridesmaid at the royal wedding.

The little royals’ roles were confirmed last week, as they joined Meghan Markle’s wedding party as pageboy and bridesmaid.

Prince William and Kate looked on proudly as their two children entered the church, Princess Charlotte dressed in a white dress designed in the Givenchy Haute Couture Atelier in Paris, and Prince George in a miniature version of the Blues and Royals frockcoat, which both his uncle and dad are also wearing.

The cute duo recently became a trio when their little baby brother was born last month, but Prince Louis was confirmed to not be attending the royal wedding.

It’s of course not the first time the tots have had important roles at a wedding. The two were also part of their aunt Pippa’s wedding last year, so they’ve had a bit of practice!

But while Kate and William’s children got to be a part of Prince Harry and Meghan’s special day, their cousins were not given roles on the wedding party.

That meant we didn’t get to see little Mia Tindall as a bridesmaid, who’ll soon become a big sister as her mum is expecting a baby and due very soon, as well as Savannah and Isla Phillips.

Royal correspondent Duncan Larcombe explained that the likely reason for this is that Meghan preferred to pick kids who closer to her, like her close friend’s children.

He told Good Housekeeping: ‘I guess they wanted Meghan to be represented and therefore not choose too many royals.’
