The actress, who took home the night's Best Actress prize for her role in Zero Dark Thirty, took a risk and wore her striking red hair in retro '40s-inspired waves that was quiffed back off her face and pulled it off with aplomb. She further complemented her seafoam Calvin Klein Collection gown with barely-there foundation, a touch of sparkly gold eyeshadow and a flash of dark red lipstick.
