Yes, you will need to return your items within 28 days for a free return. Each order will be sent with a pre-paid returns label. If you choose to return with this label and courier, returns are paid for by THE OUTNET.

You have up to 28 days from the delivery date to send your order back free of charge. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. Your refund can only be returned as store credit if your items are returned after 28 days.
