Can I get free delivery at Cernucci?
No, Cernucci does not have free delivery. Standard delivery costs £3.99 and will be delivered within 3-5 working days. However, there is a current promotion for next-day shipping at £2.99 on purchases over £50.
Does Cernucci offer a student discount?
Yes, absolutely! Students can get 15% off online at Cernucci. At the moment, students can also use this extra 15% off on sale purchases of up to 50% off selected items. Simply log into your UNiDAYS or Student Beans account to confirm you’re a student.
When can I shop for sales at Cernucci?
You can shop Cernucci sales at any time with the sale page. Our savings experts have previously noted last year’s sales, so we can predict when this year’s will be. We’re predicting up to 70% off for the Summer Sale (June-July) and the Black Friday/Cyber sale (November).
Are there free returns at Cernucci?
No, Cernucci will deduct a return fee from your refund. You’ll be able to see how much this costs with the Return Portal. You’ll have 14 days to return your purchase; your items must be in their original condition and packaging. If you’re gold plated or vermeil jewellery arrives with manufacturing defects, there is a 12 month guarantee with a one-time replacement.

NHS discount: NHS staff and healthcare professionals can get 15% off their Cernucci purchases. Simply log into BeansiD to confirm your place of work and see your unique discount. It’s worth noting this is not available on selected lines or outlet items. However, you can use it with up to 30% off items at the time of writing.
