Can I get a first order discount at Otrium?
Yes. Otrium has a welcome discount code for free shipping on your first purchase of more than £50. This saves you £5.95 on your first order, as this is the usual standard shipping cost.
Does Otrium have a student discount?
Yes. Otrium now has a new student discount of 15% off purchases. You will need to log into their Student Beans account to confirm you are a student, then see your code. There is also free standard shipping on purchases of more than £150.
When are the best sales at Otrium?
Otrium has seasonal sales all year. At the moment, you can save up to 20% off summer styles. We’d recommend checking the homepage for the latest sales. You can also expect a Black Friday sale each November.
Are returns free at Otrium?
Returns will cost £5.95 if you’d like to return your items. Otrium has a 30 day returns policy from the day after your order is delivered. Your items should be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with any tags still attached.
