Can I get a Hotter free delivery code?
Although there isn't a free delivery code, when you place an order over £120, you’ll qualify for free standard delivery. This typically takes 3-4 working days to arrive via Royal Mail.
Does Hotter Shoes offer express delivery?
If you’re after a more speedy delivery option you can choose next-day delivery for £6.95 which will arrive the following working day, provided that you place your order by 3pm, Mon - Fri.
What payment methods are available at Hotter Shoes?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hotter Shoes, they have a 30-day returns policy which means you’ll have up to 30 days to return your order after the day of receipt. All orders must be returned in their original condition, along with proof of purchase, to be eligible for a full refund. When returning something to Hotter Shoes, you will receive a free returns label but you will be charged £2.95 for return postage costs.
