What is VANS returns policy?

If you would like to return your VANS product(s), you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to do so. All returned items must be in their original, resaleable condition and with the original packaging in tact and any labels and tags in place to receive a full refund.
Can I cancel or amend my VANS order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, you won’t be able to cancel or change it. This is because VANS try to be as quick as possible when it comes to processing orders so it can reach you right away. If you no longer require your order, you will need to return it within the 30 calendar days window to receive a refund.
