This is where in-the-know fashion insiders shop

Shhhh

Shhhh

If you're into discovering new fashion brands like Rixo and Staud, then you'll want to know all about the hot new online destination fashion editors are raving about, which stocks up-and-coming designers.

Founded at the end of last year by Bethany Rowntree, Studio B is all about curating nice designer (yet affodrable) brands. 'I kept finding smaller more independent brands or newer brands I didn’t know so well on Instagram and started thinking wouldn’t it be amazing to put them all into one edited place that looks good, that tells people more about them, and is easy to shop,' Bethany says.

'I just kept asking myself if you were bored of Zara and can’t afford super luxury, and also wanted something a bit more unique, where did you go?,' she added.

The result? A beautifully curated website with lots of my favourite brands like Rixo and Gestuz, which aren't likely to be sold-out like everywhere else.

If you want to stay ahead of the sartorial game, here are the five things all the fashion editors will be buying this summer...

Pom Pom shoes (£65) – They're so popular and always selling out as fast as they come in! I have both black and red and lived in them last summer.

Vow sunglasses (£85) – A new collection we got online a few weeks ago, which has been selling really well, the designs are a bit unique and they’re premium quality for an affordable price tag.

Paradise Row Empathy Collection Bags (£395) – This is new in and on pre-order waiting for July. Think they’ll be huge! The Matisse-esque faces are really cool right now and the bags are made locally in East London.

KAMBA swimwear - Swimear shot – new brand just added to the site, great for summer, I’ve had to buy something myself the fit is just incredible, it’s a really premium bi-elastic fabric that’s really supportive and flattering, plus the colours and ruffle design details are gorgeous! The only swimsuit I’ve ever found that looks flattering on me!

Baum und Pferdgarten Blue Spot Dress (£169) – This dress has been proving really popular due to the colour, it’s also a great on to layer over jeans with a little cami too, or fab as a dress dressed up with some woven heels.

Penny Goldstone

Penny Goldstone is the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire, covering everything from catwalk trends to royal fashion and the latest high street and Instagram must-haves.

Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
