Beyonce Knowles has lended her support to President Barack Obama's re-election campaign by starring in an online video about Michelle Obama.
A few months ago, Beyonce published an open letter to the First Lady on her official blog, which detailed exactly why the 30-year-old superstar has such admiration for Michelle Obama.

Bey has now gone one step further and has read the letter in a video released by the president's re-election campiagn.
In the heartfelt missive, she wrote: 'She is a caring mother, she's a loving wife, while at the same time, she is the First Lady.
'No matter the pressure, and the stress of being under the microscope, she's humble, loving, and sincere.'

She adds: 'Michelle, thank you so much for every single thing that you do for us. I am proud to have my daughter grow up in a world where she has people like you to look up to.'
The latest polls show President Obama with a narrow lead over Republican challenger Mitt Romney, but Michelle recently urged Americans to vote, adding that just few thousand votes could make all the difference in an extremely close election this autumn.
