Little Red Riding Hood’s had a Hollywood makeover. Mamma Mia beauty Amanda Seyfried is set to star in a raunchy new version of the fairytale – produced by Twilight director Catherine Hardwick – and now we’ve got our hands on the very first sizzling trailer.
Amanda well and truly steals the scene as hooded character Valerie in the moody medieval remake of the fairytale classic, set in a dark gothic village.
And things get more than a little steamy when she falls for smoldering village worker Peter, but as the pair try to run away together the village falls victim to a werewolf.
According to director Catherine, there are some seriously wild scenes in store.
‘It's wild with all these different secrets and lies, and a murder mystery,’ she told the Los Angeles Times of the flick. ‘It's super-sexy.’
Red Riding Hood hits screens in March next year.
