Victoria Beckham says her past life has made her what she is today
Victoria Beckham’s style choices during her Spice Girl years, particularly at the very start of the band, didn’t initially scream style icon, but instead of wanting to forget her fashion faux pas the savvy star has taken a refreshing approach to her past.
Speaking to Grazia, Victoria Beckham said; ‘Everything I have done in the past has made me what I am now.’ And that’s certainly something she should be proud of!
She went on to stress that her look has, like most of ours, been an evolution the designer added: ‘I love fashion, and I love changing my style, my hair, my make-up.’
And we love observing those changes too!
It appears motherhood and her expanding fashion empire has also seen Victoria take a more practical approach to dressing. Even dishing out style advice saying: ‘Dress appropriately – not too tight, with room to move around when carrying the kids.’
That explains her recent love for bootleg jeans and flat shoes then!
Victoria Beckham’s fashion advice is just the start of things too, she’s rumoured to be considering a role as a fashion lecturer. A source told The Sunday People: ‘A source told The Sunday People: ‘When she [Victoria] decided to make a career out of it [fashion] she had a lot to learn so she feels lucky that she had people to teach her. Now she thinks it’s time to give something back.’
