Twilight mania hits London as fans camp out ahead of Breaking Dawn premiere

Hoards of excited fans have been staking out Leicester Square to make sure they bag a front row view of the action

Twilight mania well and truly hit London last night, as hundreds of fans set up camp more than 48 hours before the UK's last ever Twilight Breaking Dawn premiere.

Armed with camping chairs, sleeping bags - and in some cases, event tents! - the superfans arrived in their droves, in the hope of catching a glimpse of the film's leading trio, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner as the big event unfolds.

Now that's what we call dedication...!

BREAKING DAWN PREMIERE PICS

Glance about and you'll spot endless R-Patz cut-outs, Taylor duvets and K-Stew posters decorating the camp, while many of the Twi-hards are planning to spend today creating elaborate banners to catch the attention of their idols.

After walking the red carpet at the gala premiere in LA on Monday, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner jetted straight over to London, to take part in a day of interviews and photocells, ahead of Breaking Dawn's UK premiere tonight.

The event will be held at London's biggest and best premiere location, Leicester square, where the cast will arrive for their final film farewell at 6pm tonight.

The best bit? Marie Claire will be on the red carpet, talking to Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and the rest of the Twilight stars.
