Sienna Miller swapped the front row for the 'First Responders' as she announced a new commitment to assist communities in emergencies.
The International Medical Corps ambassador spoke at a conference at the three-day Clinton Global Initiative meeting in New York on Thursday to urge communities to take charge and act as their own 'First Responders' when faced with natural disasters and emergencies.
The actress proved she can do business-like as well as she does red carpet in a white button-down shirt, black skinny trousers, black tux blazer and suede wedge ankle boots, accessorized with her name badge.
'Resilience is the difference between children in an Ethiopian refugee camp dying of cholera because there is no clean water, rehydration salts or trained nurses - and those same children growing up healthy because the people in their community were educated and trained on proper sanitation and nutrition,' the actress said.
Sienna also hosted a reception in the evening for the 'First Responders' initiative and combined her goodwill work with her fashion savvy in a gold-embroidered, off-the-shoulder dress.
