  • After seeing all the of-the-moment celebs that Taylor Swift has been hanging out with, we're starting to wonder: Is she the most popular girl in town?

For awhile there, Taylor Swift seemed to be spending loads of time going on dates. From Jake Gyllenhaal to Harry Styles to Conor Kennedy, her various boyfriends kept the rumour mill churning – and kept her churning out hit songs.

But over the past several months, it’s become obvious that Taylor is on a dating hiatus. Instead, she’s focusing her time on her girlfriends. And she’s racked up quite an impressive list of A-list BFFs.

Yesterday, the 24-year-old singer was spotted hanging out with British ‘It Girl’ Cara Delevingne. Dressed in equally stylish – but completely opposite – ensembles, the two pals were seen walking around New York City, enjoying the sunshine. At one point Taylor stopped for a coffee, and even appeared to buy an extra cup for Cara.

We have to admit, Taylor and Cara seem like a pretty unlikely pair. After all, Taylor is a girly-girl country star who loves kittens and baking – while Cara is an edgy supermodel who loves tattoos and parties. But they do make a cute duo. And after seeing this video of them singing together (!), along with Taylor’s male BFF Ed Shearan, we’re sold on their friendship.

But Cara is just one of several celebrities who’ve broken into Taylor’s inner circle. To see who else she’s been logging time with, you need only turn to Instagram…

She went road-tripping with Karlie Kloss.

She hit the beach with Lorde.

She snapped selfies with Ellie Goulding.

She baked cookies with Kelly Osbourne.

Is anyone else hoping her next album is filled with cryptic messages to these lovely ladies?
