It seems that Russell Brand and Katy Perry's split is well and truly final, since removal vans have been snapped taking the comedian's items from their shared Hollywood Hills home.
The vans, seen picking up the comic's belongings, were then spotted pulling up outside another large house in Beverly Hills, which appears to be Brand's new home.
It is believed Perry will remain living in the $6.5 million property, which she bought with Russell just a few months ago.
If Katy gets the property rights to their home, Russell could still be entitled to half of Katy’s reported £40 million fortune, as the couple failed to sign a prenup before the wedding.
Brand announced at the end of December that he was filing for divorce from Perry, saying: 'Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I'll always adore her and I know we'll remain friends.'

It is not known if Katy was in the house while the removal took place, but she could well have been because the Firework singer cancelled her appearance at last night's People's Choice Awards.
