Prince Harry did this for Megan on their wedding day and it’s the sweetest thing ever

I think I can speak for all of us when I say that we all fell a little bit in love with Prince Harry when he gave his first interview after the birth of Baby Sussex, saying how 'smitten' he was with him.

He also praised his wife Meghan and women in general, for being able to give birth ('How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension').

Now it's come to my attention that Prince Harry did another adorable thing for the Duchess of Sussex on their wedding day, and it's beyond heart melting.

You remember Meghan's gorgeous wedding flowers, which included white roses to pay tribute to Princess Diana.

It turns out her bouquet was sentimental for another reason, because Prince Harry went to pick flowers for it himself.

At the time, Kensington Palace said, 'Prince Harry handpicked several flowers yesterday from their private garden at Kensington Palace to add to the bespoke bridal bouquet designed by florist Philippa Craddock'.

Sometimes the simplest gestures are the most thoughtful.

Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
