Royal bridesmaid Pippa Middleton sparked a thousand column inches when she sashayed down the aisle behind Kate Middleton at her wedding to Prince William on April 29th. And the thing that got us talking (and also turned us green with envy!)? Her stunning shapely figure.
Within hours Pippa’s pert posterior had earned it’s very own Facebook group – and over 200,000 likes – and the world was wondering how on earth she achieved her stunning slim line shape.
Now the secret to Pippa's perfect figure has finally been revealed – by Miss Middleton herself - who has said Pilates classes are a ‘weekly necessity’ to keep her ‘fit, happy and energized’.

In a statement on her local studio’s website, Pippa hailed the low-key workout as a ‘wonderful escape’ from her whirlwind life, adding that it helps her feel ‘calm and invigorated’.
The 27-year-old also claimed attending weekly classes has improved her core strength and posture in just a ‘few months,’ getting her in tip top shape to face a thousand lenses at William and Kate’s royal wedding.

'As someone who is always ‘on the go’, Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London,’ Miss Middleton wrote in the testimony.
'Whether it’s 7am in the morning or 7pm at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated.’
Pippa even recommended her exact instructor at the small Fulham studio, which is around the corner from her London flat.
'Over the past few months I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength and posture and couldn’t recommend Margot more highly as an instructor,’ she said.
'From breathing techniques, muscle toning to overall flexibility and relaxation, my Pilates sessions have become something of a weekly necessity that keeps me fit, happy and energized.'
