It's thought the pair first hooked up back in January, after they were spotted on a string of secret outings around Hollywood.
And they left us in no doubt about the state of their relationship over the weekend, after they were spotted cosying up out on a low-key date in LA.
The picture-perfect twosome visited an art dealership together, and were spied shopping before artifacts inside, before hopping into a waiting car.
'Josh likes to keep things low-key, so they've just been hanging out,' one insider told Us Weekly of the pair, who were reportedly set up by a friend.
Heartthrob Josh counts Rihanna, Penelope Cruz, Scarlett Johansson and Kirsten Dunst among his former flames, while Amanda split from long-term love Dominic Cooper last year.
