‘Olivia Palermo will steal Victoria Beckham’s fashion crown’ says Millie Mackintosh

Victoria Beckham’s look is loved by (almost) everyone. But while the Brit rides high as queen of style, Millie Mackintosh revealed to Marie Claire who could knock Queen Victoria off her perch.

When asked whether there was any celebrity capable of stealing Victoria’s fashion crown, Milie told us: ‘Olivia Palermo! The way she puts clothes together is always interesting, always stylish, always chic.’

Despite this, Millie says she still falls under Victoria's fashion spell: ‘Victoria is incredible, she is dressing her best ever now.

‘Her style at the moment is something I’d emulate to. She’s got the tailoring [of her collection] down to a ‘t’ and the silhouettes of her clothes are so flattering. She’s just so stylish and I love it!’

But Millie's no slouch in the style stakes either. So what's Ms Mackintosh's secret to being fashionably turned out at all times?

'Mixing it up!' says Millie. ‘Go for a statement piece which is designer and pair it with simple pieces from the high street. Or wear a pair of designer jeans with a Zara blazer. Or a blouse with Topshop jeans and a Warehouse jacket with an amazing pair of Louboutins.’
