The Sex and the City: The Movie countdown has begun!

The countdown is almost over; Sex and the City: The Movie is out at the end of the month, and the publicity trail has begun!

A new set of movie posters have been released this week, showing Sarah Jessica Parker against the backdrop of Times Square.

Doing nothing to quash rumours of on-set ego battles, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, are no where to be seen on the promotional images, making SJP very much the focus.

The new posters come in the same week as the announcement that the first premiere of the movie will controversially take place in London's Leicester Square, on 12th May.

Causing uproar Stateside, with many arguing that the only place the film should be debuted is New York, representatives from New Line cinema released a statement this week claiming that London would be a far smaller affair than the NY event.
