The Victoria’s Secret beauty shared her top bikini body tips with E! Online, revealing: ‘The first step is eating healthy. I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy.’
As for her foodie essentials – ‘I love spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli.’
But it’s not just veg on the menu for the 26-year-old star, she did admit to the odd indulgence: ‘I’m pretty much 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent, because I don’t believe in depriving yourself.’ Fries, she added, were one of her favourite treats.
As for how to keep up that toned tum, she attributes a regime of yoga, pilates and weight training to keeping things taut.
Guess we’d better all start stocking up on the greens then….!
