Donald Trump just got publicly rejected by Melania - twice

Donald Trump's relationship with Melania has been heavily scrutinised ever since he was welcomed into office as the 45th President of the United States.

Many have been outraged by reports that he allegedly made her agree to a pre-baby body 'contract', and others have been interested to know why the couple apparently don't sleep in the same bed.

And aside from speculating over what Melania's handwriting is trying to tell us, we've all been in awe of the Trumps' body language which is probably why a recent video of Donald and Melania has gone viral.

The pair are currently on a nine-day foreign trip, but it looks like the First Lady is keen on publicly rejecting her husband at every stop off point.

Video footage shows that when Donald and Melania arrived at Ben Gurion International Airport in Israel, the US President reached for his wife's hand - seemingly copying the behaviour of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife, Sara.

However, Melania was apparently having none of it and appears to swat her husbands hand away in one swift movement.

And it seems it hasn't ended there, with more footage released of Donald attempting the same thing again when they landed in Rome, only for Melania to edge away once more, quickly sweeping her hair behind her ear before Donald gets the change to take her hand.

It's not the first time that the world has been fascinated by these tiny moments between the two, and we're sure it won't be the last.

Following the first snub, one Israeli publication, Haaretz, went so far as to write: 'Well this is embarrassing.'
