'I get yelled at for running late' said Jennifer Lopez's now estranged husband in interview before official separation

The separation of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony may have come as a surprise to many, but in an interview completed weeks before the official announcement, Anthony showed signs that all was not right. Despite putting on a very public display of affection right up until their split was announced, Marc hinted at their marriage strains saying that he would 'get yelled at for running late.'

In the interview for O magazine, the 42-year old Latino star added: 'My mum always told me 95 per cent of success was partnering well.

'You know, we're like anyone. We go to meetings during the day, then we like to come home and watch a movie with the kids. And I get yelled at when I'm running late. All normal stuff.'

In a separate interview that Jennifer gave to Vanity Fair magazine around the same time, when asked what she has brought to his life, Marc jokingly chimed in: 'beating the s**t out of me all the time.'

Meanwhile Jennifer, ever the professional business woman, kept her O interview strictly focused on her new fashion collection. Simply saying 'I'm a mom: I work. I want comfort. But I want to feel sexy and modern. I think most women want the same things.'
