Liam Payne has shared the sweetest insight into life with baby Bear

Cheryl and Liam Payne welcomed their first child, Bear Grey Payne, earlier this year, but the couple has been notoriously private about life with their bundle of joy. Cheryl has completely stepped out of the spotlight to focus her attention on her son, only breaking her social media silence to call out comments about her post-baby body and to announce that she is returning to work with a L'oreal campaign.

Liam might have been busy on the road promoting his debut solo album, but he has also been spending as much time as he can with little Bear. While he is generally just as secretive about life behind closed doors, he decided to treat fans to a picture of their now five-month old son on his Instagram and it is seriously adorable.

The former One Direction singer was celebrating his 24th birthday this week and took the opportunity to tell his 14 million followers that he had the 'best birthday ever', while sharing the intimate snap.

In an interview with People.com earlier this year, Liam said: 'He’s a bit of a chubster, he’s just big in general – he’s humongous. I’m going to get a sore back. He’s a big boy! He’s healthy, he’s strong, he’s like a bouncer.'

While it isn't our first glimpse of Bear, it racked up an impressive 1.2 million likes from fans who are clearly just as besotted with the tiny tot.

We can totally see why, because Liam, Cheryl and baby Bear make a ridiculously cute family.
