Twilight star Kristen Stewart has admitted that shredding her good-girl image, along with her clothes, for the grittier role of Marylou in On The Road was the most terrifying experience of her life.
The 22-year-old actress opened up about her role as teen temptress in the film, where she appears naked multiple times as well as engages in a threesome and masturbates two male characters, explaining that while it was a scary experience, it was 'fun in the end'.
'That was like the most terrifying experience of my life. It was fun in the end, though,' the actress said on the The Late Late Show of her role in the film adaptation of the cult Jack Kerouac novel.

Rocking casual chick in a black mini teamed with a white tee and black blazer, Kristen also explained that it was often difficult for certain scenes to appear spontaneous.
'That was the difficult thing with this movie, trying to be spontaneous. But then we didn’t want to not be prepared for it,' she added.

Kristen kept the interview relaxed and joked with chat show host Craig Furguson when he admitted not to have seen any of the vampire franchise, teasing: 'Everyone loves Twilight, what's wrong with you?!'

Speaking at Toronto International Film Festival earlier this year Kristen Stewart brushed off her risky topless scenes, saying: 'It didn't bother me. You can do no wrong with [director Walter Salles]. He puts so much inside of you.
'In the four-week rehearsal process, it was okay to ask any question, to bring up any story, to really over-analyse everything and intellectualise everything.'
'Once we got on set, it was so about just breathing and letting it happen. He put so much trust in us, so it was like, "Okay, so I have to take my clothes off?" It's so not a big [deal].'
