Sources have confirmed the name of the famous newborn after days of speculation – but what is it? It doesn't begin with the letter 'K' after all...
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West appear to have decided on a name for their famous newborn. According to global reports this morning, the little has has been named 'North West'.
It's claimed that she has no middle name, but has already got herself an A-list moniker, 'Nori'.
A source close to the couple told E! News: 'They will call her Nori for short. She has black straight hair! Lots of it! Looks like a good mix of both of them [Kanye and Kim] but more like Kim. She's adorable!
'Kanye is so in love with her. He won't leave her side.'
The reports come just days after a rumour that the pair had in fact named their new daughter 'Kaidence', continuing with the long-standing Kardashian tradition of names beginning with the letter 'K'.
The little one arrived last Saturday, 15 June, five weeks early at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
The reports are thought to have originated from US gossip website TMZ who claim to have obtained a copy of the birth certificate. The couple have yet to release an official statement themselves, despite 'North West' trending worldwide on Twitter this morning.
Back in March, Kim Kardashian denied that she would call her first child 'North', joking to Jay Leno: 'I do like Easton, Easton West.'
Something tells us they're still undecided...
