Kim Kardashian and Kayne West fuelled speculation they've become an item after the two enjoy a date in NYC, and catch a night cap at the hip-hop star's apartment.
Kim Kardashian did nothing to dispel rumours of a romance with Kanye West when she was papped leaving the rapper's apartment at 10am, wearing the same clothes as the night before.

The duo had started off their time together by watching The Hunger Games, followed by a trip to the theatre to see the interactive production Sleep No More.
They then stopped by the Maderley Bar where Stella St. Claire were playing, before calling an end to their date night and heading back to Kanye's TriBeCa apartment.
People magazine also reports that Kim, 31, and Kanye, 34, have taken their friendship to the next level, with an insider saying: 'Kim and Kanye have now just started dating,' but the couple are only testing the waters to 'see where it goes.'

The rapper himself also appears to confirm his feelings for the socialite in his new song Theraflu where he raps: 'And I admit I fell in love with Kim...'
He continues by referencing Kim's ex-husband of 72 days, Kris Humphries, and friend Jay-Z - who co-owns the Nets basketball team that Humphries plays for.
'Round the same time she fell in love with him... That's cool, baby girl, do your thing... Lucky I ain't had Jay drop him from the team.'
