Pregnant Kate Middleton has been photographed showing off her baby bump in a bikini, as she walked on a secluded beach near her private villa, according to reports.

This comes less than six months after a media storm, which saw French Closer magazine publish intrusive photos of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless at a Chateau in France.

According to the Sunday People, photographers have obtained photos of pregnant Kate Middleton walking on the beach on the island of Mustique, her baby bump on show.

Others are thought to include her sister, Pippa, although it's unclear how they were taken.

The paper reports the pictures are likely to start a bidding war in US, Australia and Europe, where they could fetch up to £250,000.

The British media have chosen not to publish them.

Royal aide said of the shots of the Duke and Duchess: 'This is unfortunate. They get absolutely no privacy whatsoever.'

Prince William and Kate Middleton have been staying on the exclusive island of Mustique, in a secluded villa, which costs a whopping £19,000-a-week to rent.

According to reports, their remote holiday pad is adorned with Balinese-style antiques and artwork, and is surrounded by a serene pond and lush green gardens.

Their private hideaway also features a impressive 64-foot infinity pool - just perfect for pregnant Kate Middleton to do some gentle exercise - and a swanky sun deck, games room and stunning views out onto the sea.
