Kate Middleton’s siblings were the guests of honour for 2&8 at Morton's first night
Now Kate Middleton’s royal tour is over she has handed the celebrity baton to her sister, Pippa who performed perfectly as guest of honour at the opening of new West London night spot 2&8 at Morton’s.
Pippa Middleton was as perfectly turned out as her older sister always is, ensuring all eyes were on her in an effortlessly elegant black dress with glittering embellishment in scallop shapes. She paired the look with black ankle boots and a gold pendant.
And Ms Middleton clearly seeks hair inspiration from the Duchess of Cambridge, with the party planner sporting a matching bouncy blow dry with large curls.
Last night Pippa was joined by her brother James and socialites Amber Le Bon, Jodie Kidd, Otis Ferry, Edie Campbell, Ben Goldsmith and Cressida Bonas.
The event came with an £100 price tag where guests were treated to canapés by London restaurants Umu, The Greenhouse and Cassis washed down with Moet champagne and Asahi beer.
Pippa’s night began at the Goring Hotel, where she stayed on the eve of her sister’s wedding to Prince William, before she joined other party goers in a marquee in the gardens of Berkley Square.
She then partied the night away at the new basement club – strictly for members only with art deco features and amazingly stiletto proof banquettes presumably to dance on in the early hours!
