The Duchess of Cambridge joined a trip organised by charity ARK, which took a group of inner city school children camping in the countryside.
And, as always, Kate dressed the part.
The Duchessopted for luxury French bootmaker Le Chameau’s £300 leather-lined Wellingtons for the outing, which saw her stomping around the woods and muddy fields
Kate countered her expensive footwear with a pair of £29,99 jeans and cosy neutral jumper from high street store Zara, adding a Burberry shirt first seen on her trip to Canada, and leather waistcoat from outdoor clothing store, Really Wild.
Kate’soutdoor clothing really came in handy during the trip, which saw her sitting on the floor to toast marshmallows around a campfire, and even help construct a makeshift tent.
The Duchess also told the children Prince William is ‘very kind’ and spoils her.
