Kristen Stewart is reportedly receiving advice from Panic Room co-star after cheating on Robert Pattinson
Kristen Stewart may been caught up in a media storm since her affair with Rupert Sanders caused her split with Robert Pattinson – but now actress Jodie Foster has come to her rescue.
Kristen’s former Panic Room co-star has leapt to her defence in a new blog for the Daily Beast, where she assures the Twilight starlet the media storm will pass.
‘My mother had a saying that she doled out after every small injustice, every heartbreak, every moment of abject suffering. “This Too Shall Pass.”, Jodie wrote.
‘God, I hated that phrase. It always seemed so banal and out of touch, like she was telling me my pain was irrelevant. Now it just seems quaint, but oddly true… Eventually this all passes.’
Hitting out at the intrusion into Kristen’s life, she continued: The public horrors of today eventually blow away. And yes, you are changed by the awful wake of reckoning they leave behind. You trust less. You calculate your steps. You survive.
‘Hopefully in the process you don’t lose your ability to throw your arms in the air again and spin in wild abandon. That is the ultimate F.U. and – finally – the most beautiful survival tool of all.’
Jodie added: ‘Don’t let them take that away from you.’
Today bosses at Universal studios have rubbished rumours Kristen Stewart has been dropped from a sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman, revealing she may still be offered a small part in the film.
