The singer, who has been hunting for a new NYC pad for a while now, has reportedly settled on a $22m apartment in the super-exclusive Whitman Building, where her neighbours will include Chelsea Clinton and NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon.
Inside, set over 6,500 square feet, Jenny from the Block will be able to kick back in one of the four bedrooms, or wash her worries away in one of six baths. Outside, J.Lo can soak up the rays on one of the four terraces - all with views of Madison Square Park - or brush up on her golf skills on the putting green. That's right, a putting green.
The apartment also features wide plank rift oak floors, Italian marble slab bathrooms, and a Arclinea chef’s kitchen. Dreamy.
The building itself comes with a full-time doorman, gym, private storage, and key-locked elevators with private landings.
Not a bad way to celebrate her recent $26 million Vegas deal, eh?
